this was a GREAT recipe--pleased the whole family! i used canned sweet potatoes (drained) to save time. i will definitely be making this again and again! and if you don't like sweet potatoes...i would stay away from this...

while the taste was really good, it did seem the pepperoni made it really greasy and the pizza crust didn't get fully cooked inside...i'm wondering what i did wrong? next time i think i might switch to thin sliced pepperoni from the deli and slightly precooking it and also wrapping the roll in foil after 20 min. to let just the inside cook.
