Amy's Barbecue Chicken Salad
WOW!!! I will be making this again, I didn't stray from the recipe and made it just as it instructs and me and my husband were amazed at how wonderful it tasted.

Beef and Bean Chimichangas
It was pretty good, I found it to be a bit bland as written so I added a bit more zip by adding jalapenos and more hot sauce, but of course thats person specific.

Almond Chicken Salad
It was good, but next time I won't use as much cilantro. VERY spicy.
