Dirty Snow Cake
My son asked for white cake for his birthday so this was a nice twist. It turned out great!

Chuck Roast with Homemade Noodles
This was a hit at my house. It was the best roast I have ever made. I did double the noodles as others suggested and they were great.

Mock Lobster
Marinated for approx. 36 hrs. This was great. My husband and I loved it and thought that amazingly it did taste a little like lobster. Will definitely be making this again!
