Ragu(R) Upside-Down Deep Dish Pizza
My husband loved this. I used spinach and sausage as someone suggested and it turned out okay for my taste. I thought it could have used a little more flavor.

Chuck Roast with Homemade Noodles
This was a hit at my house. It was the best roast I have ever made. I did double the noodles as others suggested and they were great.

Shrimp with Garlic Cream Sauce over Linguine
My husband and I loved this! I did use real cream instead of the coffee creamer. Also, my sauce loving husband wants me to double the sauce next time. However, I thought it was just right.
