Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Delicious - Would absolutely make again! I put provelone and hot cherry peppers on my sandwich and warmed it in the microwave for about 30 seconds. So tasty!

Chimichurri Sauce for Steaks

I made this recipe as written. I prefer it to be sweeter and made with less tomatoes. I would drain the fat from the pan before adding the coconut milk and tomatoes.

Baked French Toast

Very Good! Great for company! I took another's advice and only used 6 eggs, 1.25 cups of milk and 1 cup of cream. By morning, there wasen't any liquid left in the dish. The bread had soaked it all up. I also flipped the bread over before sticking it in the oven so it would cook more evenly.

I loved the balsamic vinegar in this! Instead of roma tomatoes, I used vine ripened garden tomatoes. It added a lot of fresh flavor.

Stuffed Pasta Shells

Sooo good and so easy to make. My company loved this dish. I added salt and pepper and minced garlic to the filling and added meat to the maranara sauce. Another thing I did different was halved the mozzarella cheese in the filling and put the remainder on top of the sauce. I also made this dish earlier in the day and covered it till I was ready to bake. Really marinated the flavors!

Chocolate Malts

I altered the recipe a little bit. I was just looking for a basic chocolate malt so I just used a few main ingredients and it was perfect! I used vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup instead (because that was all I had on hand) and it turned out great.
