About this Cook
I'm a wife of the most wonderful man that God could have ever created for ME. A mother of 2 beautiful daughters and one handsome son and I enjoy sharing my thoughts, ideas, and time with others.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake cakes. I also love making my simple BBQ Meatballs recipe. Will definitely have to share!!! Enjoy cooking grilled chicken breasts as well.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Pineapple upside down cake and any kind of cake I can think of. My Granny's Red Velvet Cake.
My cooking triumphs
My cheesecake, and key lime cake are a hit! Then there's the Blue's Clues cake w/ paw prints. I Baked one for my daughter, then several people at the party wanted me to bake a 3-d cake for them. Blue, Taz, Tweety... And I don't use molds, I create my own templates to make the cake look like I like it. Even made a baby rattle once!
My cooking tragedies
I am a lover of pound cakes and have finally become able to master them.

Angel Chicken Pasta
We too love this recipe. We have made it many times! I originally chose it to make a special dinner for my husband, who in turn loved it. The only thing he was concerned with, once I told him the ingredients, was the cooking wine. So, we searched online, and i discovered alternatives to the wine. We chose to use sparkling white grape juice instead. Another option that we considered was gingerale. The sparkling white grape juice worked just as well as the white wine! There was a slightly different taste, but my husband loved the sparkling white grape juice more! Also, another thing that we have tried... at times, we have only had regular cream of mushroom soup. We just add 2 beef bullion cubes to the mixture once we stir in the soup. This is an excellent recipe worth having and sharing over and over! Thanks so much!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I baked this one Sunday for myself and my 4yr old and 2yr old. This was an excellent recipe! We all love Tilapia, but have never eaten it any other way than fried. Even after it was all gone, they both kept asking for more. We loved it. I will definitely be trying this one again and again and again!
