I've tried this recipe a few different ways so far. The Rice always turns out Excellent no matter what. The problem I have is the chicken always seems to be bland. Its still good, but not something to go "wow that was good" about. I would make again for those days when I dont feel like Cooking.

Potatoes and Carrots were WONDERFUL although the meat to me and my husband wasnt anything to brag about. I'll probably make again, maybe adding some garlic and other spices. Thanks :)
