Raspberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake
Giving this 5 stars because my husband declared this the "most delicious coffee cake he's EVER TASTED!" I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of using strawberries instead of raspberry jam. I crushed some strawberries and cooked them with sugar, water and cornstarch until thickened. It was around 3/4 cup, and next time I think I will increase it to 1 cup. We ate this straight out of the oven, we couldn't even wait for it to cool! I think next time I might use peach or pear jam. The finished product makes a lovely presentation. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe

Chewy Brownie Cookies
Really good! Nice soft texture. I wanted the flavor of a brownie to take to the family get together, but wanted something kid friendly that would stretch further than a 9x13 pan of brownies, so that everyone could have some. Yep, plenty to go around. Thanks.

Big B's Collard Greens
I used a full 2 lb. bag of greens from Walmart for this dish and cooked the greens for 2 hrs. I reduced red pepper flakes to 1 teaspoon, and I'm REALLY glad I did, because it would have been WAY too hot for us if I hadn't. If you add the full tablespoon and hot pepper sauce, I hope you like really spicey/hot food, cause that is what you're going to get. I added a few tablespoons of sugar because my greens were really bitter and the sugar helped with that. These were delicious, and next time I'm going to try it with smoked turkey instead of the ham hocks. Thanks Big B!
