Ham Broccoli Braid

Looked beautiful! However, I agree with some of the previous reviews, the amount of Dijon was a little overpowering (and I'm a mustard lover). Next time I will reduce and perhaps add a touch of mayo. Also my husband and son agreed that the onions were all wrong. Either they need to be omitted completely or the amount should be reduced and sauteed in butter before adding to the filling.

Two Tier Strawberry Pie

WOW! This pie was fanastic. I made it for guests (without any changes to original recipe) and they absolutely loved it. Just make sure you plan on finishing within the same day. We had a couple slices left over that weren't as pretty the next morning.

Taqueria Style Tacos - Carne Asada

This marinade is out of this world! I let the steaks marinate overnight. Then instead of tacos I used it to make an Asada Jardin. This is a carne asada steak topped with sauteed onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and halved cherry tomatoes, then smothered in monterey jack cheese. It makes a beautiful presentation and my guests raved about the flavor of the steak. I will use this recipe for the marinade every time!

Tuna Dumplings

This recipe was a wonderful surprise. I'd been looking for something different to do with canned tuna and these dumplings were delightful. My hubby was very impressed! I added fresh brocolli between the dumplings before pouring the sauce over. I also sprinkled extra shredded cheese on top about 5 minutes before removing from the oven.
