Turkey Sausage Noodles
This was just OK. Noodles were way to soft but I will try this again and use a firmer pasta like penne and add some spices to make up for the ramen spices because I did like the rest of it. Just can't handle mushy noodles.

Cheese Corn Spoon Bread
loved this! i've been looking for something that tastes like the little dab of corn that Chevy's restaurant serves and this is really close. i used pepper jack and mixed it right into the batter before I baked it. took about 48 minutes to set to the consistency i wanted. yummy!

Blueberry-Lemon Crumb Bars
Not enough berries. I increased it to 3 cups and still didn't really like these bars. Not much flavor and too crumbly. I think I also just wanted a dessert with more lemon flavor. Will not make again.
