Cheese Stuffed Turkey Meat Loaf
Easy to make with on-hand ingredients. I spiced it up with some garlic and onion powder, sazon from Goya, and Spike rather than salt. Nice change of pace!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
Quick and easy to prepare. I followed the recipe very closely, except made things even easier by shaking up all dry ingredients with meat in plastic bag, and then combining the "wet" ingredients and pouring over the veggies and meat in pot. Might add additional spices next time for a bit more flavor, but fine as is... Great for a cool fall evening!!

Corn Casserole II
Just the comfort food we were looking for on a cool fall night! Used mexi-corn for a bit of color, smart balance light instead of butter, and fat free sour cream, with (I believe...) equally yummy results. Didn't have cheddar, so mixed in a bit of mozzarella, but I think this might be just as good without the cheese. Yum!!!
