About this Cook
I've taken a great interest in cooking since I started eating healthier in July of 2005. I took up fitness activities and nutritional cooking and have been addicted ever since!
My favorite things to cook
Breakfast foods, soups, and anything that tastes great but is still healthy. And sweets!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Christmas cookies with my mom.
My cooking triumphs
Chicken picatta, spicy peanut chicken, black bean soup, desserts.
My cooking tragedies
Rice crispy treats...I fail every time. And I still haven't mastered chocolate chip cookies as well as I'd like.

Molasses Sugar Cookies
Absolutely love these cookies- they are very soft and chewy and last for a long time- you can freeze them and they are super good to microwave for a few seconds to warm them up! Make sure you remember to refridgerate the dough, I forgot about that step and these were the last cookies I had planned to make in a day and they should have been the first ones I mixed.
