Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
I was out of bullion cubes so I boiled the veggies in chicken broth instead of water. I also added a little garlic salt for flavor.

Cucumber Soup
This was pretty good, I've never had cucumber soup before so I don't have much to compare it to. I'll probably make this again. The almonds on top were perfect for this recipe.
