I am an animal lover, especially cats, of which I now have two! I am a grandmother and great grandmother, ( have 4 grown children) am a retired R. N. and moved south after my husband died in 2001-have one son here with his wife and daughter, age 8. I love the south and the golfcart city I now live in. Have a Delta pass so travel often to visit my other kids. roasts, desserts, chili red velvet cake ( a must at Christmas time and birthdays)- hamburger stroganoff, things my kids have always liked hmmm - don't think I've had any - other than the red velvet cake. My kids say it is better than any of them can make. (don't know why) a crockpot recipe, that took way longer to cook than directions said. A roast with veggies... years ago.
