Triple Dipped Fried Chicken

I love this so much! I use a tsp of onion powder in this as well. I pound out three chicken breasts and then did the rest. The family about died! Really good!

Blackberry BBQ Sauce

I did enjoy this sauce, but I had to alter. We like our sauce more bbqey?, so I added some onion and garlic powder and a little liquid smoke. We loved the end result almost better than my homemade regular bbq sauce. I will probably make more, because I have a ton of blackberry jam that didn't set up, so now I have a use for it!

Mini Southwestern Corn Pup Muffins with Fiesta Dipping Sauce

I give these a five, but I have to say if you don't like cornbread don't make them, my husband and child were not as excited about them as me. My hubby only like the hotdog and my daughter only liked the cornbread part!

Bread Machine Bagels

My daughter made these for a 4h project. They turned out well. They will be better the more she makes them, and I don't like the bread machine I was using ( I borrowed my mom's) but other than that they were great.

One Two Three Sausage Balls

Very good! The family gobbles them up! I did add a little minced garlic. I threw all the ingredients in my food processor and didn't hardly have to get my hands dirty! I will definitely use again!

Una's Cheddar Beer Bread (bread machine dough cycle)

I love this bread! I made it with extra sharp cheddar cheese and it was fantastic! It was a little soft, so I cut it in slices and toasted them in the oven. They were heavenly. We had it with beef stew. Great for a winter night!

Peach Salsa II

Zucchini Corn Fritters

Love them! I actually left out the milk, because I used super fresh sweet corn that I had just cut off the cob and it was nice and milky. I am going to try more cheese and cumin the next time, but these are fantastic!

Tortillas I

Wow! This is fantastic! I used my Kitchen aid mixer and they came together beautifully. I also used my pasta machine to roll the dough out, then I cut the dough into triangles and fried them! Yum - the best tortilla chips I have ever had! No more store bought chips or tortillas for me!
