I'm not sure if I did something wrong but I followed the recipe. The chicken mixture just didn't seem to be enough. Maybe another can of soup? It seemed to be too much tortilla and not enough filler. I couldn't spread the chicken out enough to reach all the corners. That's why the tortillas were tough.

This recipe was so easy, you don't even have to drain the ground beef after you brown it, just add everything together and bake!! This is one of the few recipes I trust my fourteen year old to make and I know it will turn out. It's hard to mess this one up! Also, use a 9x13 instead of a 2qt. it makes alot.
