Too Much Chocolate Cake
For something so decadent this was very simple to make. The reward outweighs the effort by a mile. Everyone raved and I'll do this again. I covered the cake cake in a bittersweet chocolate ganache but next time I'll try a milk chocolate ganache.

Cinnamon Bun Icing
Really good and easy. I like more of a cream cheese flavor so next time I may increase the amount of cream cheese and reduce the powdered sugar.

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup
This ia an excellent, spicy, but not to spicy soup. I don't care for some of the ingredients individually, but when all these flavors come together it's a delicious balance. I didn't change a thing. Leftovers the next day are even better.
