This was sooo good! Only thing I would recommend is seasoning up the butter/milk/flour mixture. I added salt, pepper, and garlic powder...yummy!

Chicken Delicious

Very good! I used fat free cream soups and sub'd 2% for the sherry. I also only used 6 chicken breasts. If 12 breasts were used, there would be no gravy and that's the best part! Served with rice and a salad.

Kielbasa Fried Rice

I really enjoyed this. I saute'd the veggies in about 5 tbsp of evoo. Added kielbasa (turkey), then scrambled the eggs separately. Added the eggs and rice to the skillet and simmered for about 5 minutes. I only added about 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Yummy!

I really hate to give anything but 4 or 5's in my reviews. However, this was just not very good IMO. We love all the ingredients, but together they just didn't mesh for us. It was very dry and the chicken rather bland. Sorry :(
