I'm married with 2 sons. Both myself & my husband work 1st shift so dinnertime can be hectic! I'm always looking for healthy quick meals! I love chicken breast and pasta dishes. My favorite thing to cook so far from this site has to be the brown sugar meatloaf, it's a winner in my family! My youngest son loves to help me in the kitchen. We love to make the best rolled sugar cookies and decorate them with the egg wash. Both are recipes here. My specialty is anything Italian. Attempting to make 12 separate jars of the cookie in a jar recipes for Christmas gifts a few years back. The mess was not worth the outcome!
