Lemon Pudding Cookies

these are good!!! I wonder if it would work if I change the pudding flavor? it didnt make the yield. it made about 8 cookies. update: I tried these with vanilla pudding and vanilla extract added. Excellent.

Apricot Coffee Cake

Tastes good. I used finely chopped dried apricots, as fresh, they are hard to come by where I live. I used regular milk, instead of the powdered milk plus water. I put cinnamon and sugar in between the mix as I put it in the pan, just to make it pretty. Maybe next time I will put some chopped nuts on top.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

excellent! The base of this recipe is what is good. I added chopped dried apricots as suggested in the byline. Next time I will try this with zucchini instead of banana. Super recipe! A keeper!

Shrimp Pad Thai

yummy! I didnt add the fish sauce because I didnt have any. I also used leftover spaghetti noodles (without the spaghetti sauce) instead of the rice noodles. Deeeelish!!! And easier than it looks.

the taste is great, but the recipe is too thick for my cookie press. In fact, I think I broke my cookie press. I ended up rolling out the dough and using cookie cutters.

WOW. Im impressed. As other people have said, this recipe replaces my ol marshmallow one! The only change I will make is that I will put less sugar on for the topping. MMMMM!!! 5 people at Thanksgiving dinner loved it.

Five Flavor Pound Cake I

I tried this recipe and I found it to taste awfully lemony. Next time, I wont use any lemon extract. After a day, the pound cake tasted old, dry and worthless. Its only good fresh.

Thumbprint Cookies II

The dough tasted good raw, but during the baking process, I saw my cookies turn to a dripping mess of butter. The cookies were flat, the thumbprint made before hand gone away. After removing them from the oven (they all melted into one another) I tried to rescue them by making another thumbprint. What a mess. Horrible. Ive had these before, and they were good. Mustve been a different recipe.

Cathy's Banana Bread

I made these in giant muffin cups. They turned out perfect! All 12 muffins were eaten by me and my fiance as soon as they came out of the oven. They were moist and not too banana-ey. I added almonds on the top for decoration. They are beautiful too.

Country Fried Squash

I made this recipe in a hurry, wondering what to make for dinner...and it turned out great. Thin and crispy slices of healthy squash nicely fried. The leftovers were even better the next day for breakfast.
