GOOD!!!! Maybe I will experiment with adding more spices. I loved the batter, and love the cookie. It is also very beautiful. Dark, chewy, great!!!

Enchilada Stuffed Shells

very good meal. I didnt have shells so I used bowtie noodles. Of course that meant I didnt stuff them. I also didnt bake them. What is the reason for baking it anyway??? Just melted a little cheese over the top and put a dollup of sour cream on top. GREAT!

El Dorado Beef Casserole

HEY this is pretty good! My husband and I loved it immensely. We didnt have any jack cheese, so we didnt add any cheese at all (aside from the ricotta). There is no need to butter the casserole dish. Just add the ingredients.

PERFECT and excellent! Wonderful! Delish! GREAT!!! I loved these, and will make again! I bought chopped dates (in the raisin aisle). I did not put sugar on the dates. I did not heat the mixture. I simply put the dates in the food processor with a little water to moisten, and proceeded with the recipe. It only took 30 min to bake.

Pumpkin Coconut Muffins with Chocolate Chips

this recipe is pretty good. the muffin is moist, looks beautiful, and tastes good. What makes it good are the chocolate chips. Without them, the recipe is quite boring. I used regular sugar (dont have raw sugar in my town), and regular coconut (organic is not moist). Yes I will make these again, but maybe I will experiment with adding cinnamon or maybe more chocolate chips.

delicious! I love the grape nuts crunch. I dont know why there is half regular and half wheat flour. Maybe I can just add grape nuts to my usual oatmeal cookie recipe? Either way, these are good.
