Mexican-Style Goulash
This recipe is very easy to make and will be on my regular rotation. I made a healthier variation by substituting ground beef with turkey, using whole wheat pasta and adding more vegetables such as zucchini, okra, bell pepper and green onions. I also sauteed the meat in garlic and onions and added cumin and a tbsp of worcestershire sauce. Very good and very tasty. Even my boyfriend liked it!
