Best Carrot Cake Ever
Loved it!! My husband practically ate the whole thing within a few days. Carrots do take awhile to grate by hand but I dont think I will do it any other way. I like to grate them super fine. I am making it again today

Carrot Cake III
Very delicious & moist I did use some applesauce instead of all the oil & it came out great. Would not change a thing. I only frosted the top & a layer in between the cake layers & it was the perfect sweetness

Famous Pork Chops
I have made these twice & both times very delicious....I may try panko next time cause it takes me a long time to get the crumbs super small
