Excellent Recipe! Will reduce cook time to 6 hours the next time I make this to see if the beef is a little less dry. Eventhoug it was dry it was still tender, not chewy at all. I was out of french onion soup so I used a package of dry lipton beefy onion and added a can of water to dilute. I also added a few teaspoons of worcestershire sauce to the juice and it was perfect!

This is one of the most delicious ways I've ever had tilapia! We subsitute plain yogurt for the mayo (I dont like mayo) and I grate my own parmesan cheese which makes it soooooo good! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
