Raw Veggie Picnic Salad
This was an excellent salad! Crunchy, sweet, LOTS of great flavors. My husband is not one to rave about food, but he raved! It was a little more saucey that I prefer, and I would cut back on the sugar, probably by half or so. Otherwise, it's great!

Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip
A little more spinach than I liked, but it was pretty good.

Easy Cheese Ball II
This was a hit at our Christmas Eve family gathering! Super easy to make, and very tasty! Because we had a lot of kids, I opted to skip the nuts, and roll the ball in more grated cheddar cheese.
