Grilled Lemon Herb Pork Chops
Maybew I overdid the lemon, but it was way to lemony for my taste. My wife did not like the oregeno. It's not not totally horrible, but there are better marinades. Doreen has one with wine and soy sauce that is much better. Thanks for putting it up doreen.

BBQ Corn
I have no idea if the beer sweetened the corn or if it was just extremely good corn. It was excellent. I smoked it for 2 hours after overnight "icing." I don't like to open the smoker and lose heat, so I only turned them once, but they were perfect.

Grilled Fish Steaks
I used this with cod and it was fantastic on the grill. It was not good at all with salmon.
