Cinnamon Bread I
Loved this bread! I doubled the streusel topping, per other reviewers, putting half in the middle and half on top, and subbing brown sugar. I used half ww and half ap flour, and subbed 1/3 c applesauce for the oil. Mixed teh wet and dry ingredients separately and baked in a Bundt pan for 50 minutes, and it was absolutely perfect! The texture was exactly what I would expect from a quick bread. The house smelled wonderful while it was baking, and the end result was very tasty, just sweet enough, with a little crunch from the streusel. Thanks!

Orange Whole Wheat Pancakes
Made exactly as directed, only using Splenda instead of sugar...these were fantastic! Sugar free and almost fat free...awesome! Delicious, nice and orange-y:-) I used egg whites out of a carton, too...

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
This was very good! I just used the chicken and salad dressing mix, on low, for 4 hours. Then I added 98% fat free soup and 3 oz reduced fat cream cheese. I also tossed in a bag of frozen broccoli for an additional hour. Quite tasty, served over rice...husband liked it:-)
