Baked Dijon Salmon
Great receipe I don't even like salmon and it was splendifirous. Made extra honey mustard sauce to put on the fish after cooking.

Mom's Brussels Sprouts
Great recipie for brussel sprouts. Gives them a little more flavor but turned out a little sweet the first time can cut down on the ammount of brown sugar

Fish Tacos
This were good fish tacos. Made is with Talapia and used a half of a jalepenio. The sauce is excellent but still not as good as the ones in San Diego
