Quick Fried Rice
Good stuff! I made this with the Japenese Chicken Wings. Loved the flavor that the bacon gave everything. Instead of peas, I just used diced up carrots, came out great!

Japanese Chicken Wings
Great flavour! I was a little hesitant about the vinegar, but it did blend nicely. The butter I'll substitute next time for a little oil, a bit too much grease for our liking. I'll be making this one again!

Corn Dog Casserole
Average dish that tasted like it should have, just like a corn dog. I took the advice of others and omitted the onions and celery. The family liked it ok, not a bad meal on a busy night. Nice to have tried it, but I don't think I'll be making it again.
