Lisa's Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake
By far and away the easiest cake I've made! I usually don't change a thing although I've been making this for a couple of years, but I'll try the applesauce substitution, maybe the coffee. I've made this for 2 of my daughters' birthday parties each year and they like me to dip strawberries in chocolate and arrange them around the cake and also in the middle (they call this the "bundt hole.") I use a couple of different glazes, regular chocolate and white chocolate. I live at a high altitude and it's come out perfect every time without any changes to it. You just can't mess up this recipe!

Bacon Quiche Tarts
Oh, my gosh! I made these Christmas morning for the six of us. There were none left over. In fact, we had to split the remaining among the four kids. These are delicious!

Charline's Sweet Potato Casserole
This was an outstanding recipe! I made it for Easter dinner and got rave reviews from our 4 kids and my husband, who wanted to make sure it was not labor intensive so we could have it more often.
