so easy and soooo good. I didn't alter it at all, except to 1/2 the portions. Even my daughter who is a notorious picky eater tasted and loved this! will def be making this a regular holiday dish! Thanks so much for a perfect recipe!

Italian Creme Layer Cake

ugh! I was SO looking forward to this! My friends & I LOVE Italian Creme Cake and I decided to make one for a special get together we were having tonight. I bake cake from scratch regularly, and followed this recipe to the letter. First of all, it is very time consuming, but fine, second, it didn't rise AT ALL and even though I very generously greased the pan it stuck SO bad I can't even come close to repairing it. It is a disaster, and frankly, it doesn't even taste all that good. Oh, and it took about 48 minutes to cook rather than 25-30...so let down by this!

Brandy Simple Syrup

very yummy! I used this on a wedding cake I was baking & it kept it so moist & gave it a fresh flavor. I didn't use the brandy however, but it was still wonderful!

Cream Cheese Frosting II

perfect icing! this is a true cream cheese flavor! I use it as a filling in my wedding cakes!! It is fabulous & so flavorfull! :)

Beef Stew VI

I definately had to add additional corn starch to thicken it up, but it tasted delicious! A couple of things that I did differently, were using green beans & corn rather than onions, those would never go over in my house! And I added some tomato paste to give it a little kick. It was yummy! Great, easy recipe!

Easy Lemon Cookies

The best cookies I've ever tasted! So easy, I make them all the time & they are always a hit!! Great for kids parties (i use funfetti cake mix) at school!
