Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
I replaced the margarine with 1/4 cup of water and cooked on low for 4 hours, then added cream cheese and soup and cooked for another hour. This is a super easy, very tasty meal for a busy family. My husband and son both really enjoy it.

Cheesy Italian Tortellini
This dish gets 5 stars for easy preparation, but 4 stars for taste. My husband and I thought it was good, and my 13 year old son loved it. Very very easy to prepare. Add a salad and bread and you're set to go. I really don't think this needs to cook anywhere close to 7 hours though.

Quick Chicken Zingarella
Very tasty..... super quick and easy. I couldn't find the specific peppers listed at my small town grocery, but used sweet cherry peppers which were still pretty spicy. Whole family enjoyed this.
