Love to cook and love to eat! When I'm looking for a recipe, I never stick to one. I take certain things from several different recipes, and put them together to make my own. There have been recipes that should have been way simpler, and others that have been fantastic, you cook and you learn. What I love to eat of course. Some current favs are potato salad, meatloaf, braised chicken drumsticks with white wine and pears, and stir fry. My favorite cuisines are vietnamese, italian, french, american, thai and mexican. Still trying to get all the secrets out of my mom. She makes a mean bowl of pho and eggrolls to die for among other vietnamese delicacies.
