Slow Cooker Taco Soup
My wife's not much for this type of dish but she and my grandaughter did a good job eating it. My son-in-law loved it. I was afraid it might be too hot and was going to leave out the chile peppers then found a small can of diced tomatoes with chile peppers and used that. It was just right for my taste. I'll need to make a lot more next time, may have to borrow a couple extra slow cookers.

Summertime Sweet Pickles
I used a cider vinegar and found the taste to be way to strong for me. I've gota similar recipe that uses white vinegar instead. That one calls for 3 days in the refrigerator but I'm not sure it really makes a difference.

Bar-B-Que Sauce
I made this to go into some pulled pork bbq. I'm new to this and found this recipe to extremely easy. I had to triple the batch for the amount of pork I had. My daughter doesn't really like bbq but said this was the best she's ever had. Her and her husband didn't leave much left overs.
