I'm married w/3 adult children who still live at home with us and go to college. I've worked for the local fire department in fire prevention for about 14 years and hope to retire in about 3 more. We'll see what the economy has to say about that later. Mexican food, YUMMY! I also love to make cookies and cassaroles, anything easy. Parmesean artichoke dip whenever we have a party. I always try new breakfast cassaroles for Christmas morning. My family will only eat spaghetti w/angel hair pasta, so that's my thing too. If my family likes it and eats it, that's triumphs enough for me. I always cook with fat free milk and that can sometimes create a mess for me.
