Baked Ham
We aren't really big on cloves at my house, so I left them out and just moistened the sugar and rubbed it in, then covered with foil. I haven't had ham like that since my Greandmother made it! What a great recipe!

Pork Chops and Scalloped Potatoes
Tremendous! I nuked the sliced potatoes for 5 minutes, omitted the salt and added a touch of seasoned salt to the gravy. Only had to bake it for 1 hour, and the chops were pretty thick. What a great recipe!
