This stuff is addictive!!!! I also made with fresh orange juice in place of cherry juice, both are delicious!

Yum! so good & different. I used amaretto instead of the brandy & cranraisins instead of the dried cranberries & they were excellent. I'm always looking for something out of the ordinary & plan to take these to a cookie exchange this weekend. Great recipe!!!

These tasted pretty good but were so flat, I like a nice fluffy pancake & these were not. I followed the recipe exactly except for adding the vanilla & cutting back on the salt, I even left the batter sit for 10 minutes before making them. The batter was still very thin & runny resulting in very thin flat cakes.
