Pepperoni Bread
This was a big hit! I didn't use the egg wash; didn't need it. I made it for company and served it with marinara sauce for dipping..two thumbs up all around!

Grandma's English Muffin Bread
What a yummy recipe! A little sidenote (totally user error!): I baked mine in two coffee cans, but didn't pay attention to the fact that the cans had "lips" at the top, so, I couldn't get the bread out. I had to cut it and make a mess. Guess I'll have to look for a better can! I also tried this with wheat flour, and it didn't turn out as well. I will never buy store bought muffins again!!

Easy Key Lime Pie I
This was my first time making this pie. I tried two different recipes to compare. The first was from a Southern Living cookbook and was much more labor intensive and had many more ingredients. This pie was by far the best; less ingredients, less preparation time and the taste was far superior. Sometimes simpler is better!
