Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze
The whole family loved this recipe. The combination of the sweet and salty with the pork is terrific. I wasn't sure about using the mustard, but followed the recipe and was glad I did. The first time we used boneless pork chops, the second a boneless pork loin roast. Both were great. Watch the amount of salt you use carefully since the soy sauce has so much in it, too.
