My casserole was a little salty and it dried out during the cooking process. I think the next time I make it I'll reduce some of the seasonings and increase the milk/water ratio.

I read previous reviews so I modified the recipe as advised. I tripled the recipe for the sauce and to me it seem to still be too thin. The chops were really good and thankfully they weren't dry. I also marinaded them in the sauce for about 90 minutes before cooking them in the oven. I turned up the oven to 375 and only cooked them on each side for 15 minutes then I broiled them for 3 minutes before serving them. I'll try this recipe again and next time I'll add some garlic salt to the chops before I put the marinade on them.

I really enjoyed making this dish. I am a newbie in the kitchen and this was a very easy dish to prepare. My husband loved it and said it was realy good. The only drawback I had was I think it was too much bellpepper and onion for the dish, next time I'll start out with half of each.
