Bagel and Cheese Bake

I used a corning ware pan, and it was a bit hard to clean. I also modified the recipe to be low fat. Substituting tomatoes for bacon, and fat free cream cheese for the cheddar. It completely changed the nature of the dish, but it was quite tasty they way I did it.
