Applesauce Oatie Cookies
I love these...just made my second batch...they are great to freeze for small batches too...I made a small batch with frozen blueberries and chopped walnuts and it was delic!

Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake
I followed the cooking directions rather than my instincts...and it was not done in the center...the best part was the crust because of the cinnamon.
