German Apple Cake I
I made this for our neighborhood Oktoberfest. People really liked it. I tweaked the oil and sugar as suggested. Good flavor and texture but I found it's not as exciting with just the powdered sugar on it--as you'd serve it to a lot of people. I took a piece home, warmed it and covered it w/ ice cream and it was SO MUCH better.
