Caroline and Brian's Stuffed Mushrooms

Huge Hit... I used sweet sausage out of casing and then browned and before stuffing I put a drop of Sherry in the mushroom and then stuffed - using the meatball method mentioned in a prior review. These were fun and easy!

I made a few changes - added 1 lb of bulk sausage, some chopped onion and instead of parmesan cheese I did a blend of cheddar, montery, colby. It was the hit of the party. Great recipe.

Coq au Vin alla Italiana

One of the best Coq Au Vin recipes I ever tasted. The only thing I did was to bring up under the broiler before serving to give it a little crunch. Great presentation.
