Swiss Chard with Garbanzo Beans and Fresh Tomatoes

I've been having a hard time finding really good recipes for my garden-grown swiss chard, and finally I've found one! I served it with lamb, but it would go great with many things. Even my husband who has been avoiding any green thing from the garden liked this.

Baked Chicken Nuggets

This is REALLY good! I was in a pinch for dinner and these were a hit with the grown ups and the kids. I followed the suggestion of one of the reviewers and cooked them on a cookie rack to ensure that they were crispy all over

Peanut Butter Squares

...reminiscent of peanut butter brownies from the bakery in my home town...I used 1 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and didn't notice a difference. Yum!
