Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2009
I thought these were just ok but my husband really liked it. I actually doubled dipped the pork chop and cooked them in an iron skillet. They were not soggy. I thought they were a little bland though. I think this is a good base but it needs something more.

Creolized Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2009
I thought this was good but it was very heavy. My husband L-O-V-E-D it. In fact, he was disappointed that I didn't love it he did. I did leave out the mushrooms because I am not a fan of them. So to compensate, I used a whole pound of cajun sausage. I also used ranch dressing instead of blue cheese.

Easy Baked Tilapia

Reviewed: May 4, 2009
I am giving it 4 stars because I changed it and I used this as a base. I ommitted the veggies and lemon. I thought that fishy tasting veggies would not taste good. I melted the butter with the garlic and Old Bay seasoning. I poured the butter mixture over the fish. I baked for about 20 minutes. Then, I took about a cup of panko breadcrumbs with some parmesan cheese and spread that on top of the fish. I stuck it back in the oven until the breadcrumbs browned. My family LOVED it. Even my three year old loves it.

Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2009
If you are looking for something simply and not fancy but with a great taste this is it! I rubbed the oil on the tenderloin first. Then, I did add garlic powder, onion powder and some salt and pepper. Then, I rolled it in the breadcrumbs. I thought that was the simplest way to do things. Easy and good!

Mini Ham And Cheese Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2009
This was good and I received rave reviews from my coworkers. This is a word of warning though...if you want to drizzle the poppy seed mixture over the top do not make it the night before. The minced onion soakes up all the butter and it makes the mixture very thick. If you do have to make it the night before, no worries just put the mixture inside the sandwich. Enjoy!

I thought this was excellent!! I did add another can of sauce and I used flour tortilla instead of corn. My out of town friends had to get the recipe!

Bacon Quiche

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2008
This was just ok. I did add an extra egg but I don't think that was necessary. I also added green onions and broccoli. The onions were great but the broccoli got too mushy. I will look for other quiche recipes.

Manicotti Alla Romana

Reviewed: May 23, 2007
I thought it was terrible. It took me an hour to prepare it and just wasn't good. Most of the time I try to make it again, but due to the cost of the ingredients and the time it took to make this one is not getting a second chance.

This was EXCELLENT!! My husband has a new favorite. I recommend that you have a can of chicken broth on hand in case you do not like the thick consistency. This is great for a cold night.

Very good. It was a little bland. Instead of using cream of chicken, I used cream of onion. Next time, I will add fresh broccoli.

WONDERFUL!!! I made this for my family and they LOVED it. The only thing I changed was the pan size. I put it in a 8X8 glass dish and baked it for an hour and half and it came out perfect.
