Baked French Toast
Big hit at work! I wanted something easy to make but yummy to eat, this was it! Went quickly at work and I got rave reviews. I used all the eggs and liquid, because I wanted to pile the pan high as possible with bread so there'd be enough for everybody. It goes so quick next time I'm going to have to make 2 pans.

Caramel Crispy Treats II
Yummy, easy, & quick! I picked this for my husband to make and he was able to easily. Was a hit at potluck and next day at work. Bars are pretty rich in their sweetness, like a candy bar is. So don't expect to chomp them down like you would a normal rice crispy treat. But has that great crunchy and chewy texture. With yummy Milky Way flavor!

Awesome Broccoli-Cheese Casserole
A yummy American classic! Cheesy and creamy with the goodness of broccoli. It may not be fancy or exotic cuisine, but I think it almost anyone would find it tasty. A good choice for potlucks or holiday meals where you're trying to appeal to variety of people and tastes. As others recommended I used 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 mayo, instead of all mayo. Also used light sour cream, light mayo and light cream of mushroom, which worked just fine. I used more cheddar, about 12 oz, which I thought helped. Next time I'll probably use *extra* sharp (I used just sharp this time) to give it more flavor. The tang of the cheddar seems to diminish when baked. I also used fresh broccoli, which tasted great, but was a lot of work to cut up. I'll probably use the frozen next time, as the recipe suggests, to save work.
