Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

We loved this soup--so easy and very tasty. I loved the fact that it is so light and still tastes like it must be made with full cream (we used skim milk and no-cholesterol margerine).

Black Bean, Barley and Turkey Chili

We LOVED this. We eat chili fairly regularly, and usually eat it with rice. But the barley is a great alternative, and the flavor is fantastic. Two thumbs up from us!
