I used this recipe along with the Key Lime Cheesecakes with Raspberry swirls for desserts for my DIL baby shower. I made them in regular cup cake pans and ground up the cookies and added butter to them to make the bottom. The rest was followed to the letter. I put sugar free apricot jam on the top with a spritz of canned whipped cream. Just the right sized dessert after the Tarragon-Dill chicke salad also on this site. Nice menu and great results.
