I used this recipe along with the Key Lime Cheesecakes with Raspberry swirls for desserts for my DIL baby shower. I made them in regular cup cake pans and ground up the cookies and added butter to them to make the bottom. The rest was followed to the letter. I put sugar free apricot jam on the top with a spritz of canned whipped cream. Just the right sized dessert after the Tarragon-Dill chicke salad also on this site. Nice menu and great results. I love Key Lime so when I was looking for a dessert to serve at a baby shower for my DIL I looked no further than this recipe. The only thing I did differently was to add an extra bit of Key lime juice. The recipe is good as it is written. Thanks for posting. The cupcake size desserts were the perfect ending to a luncheon of the Tarragon-Dill grilled chicken salad also on this site.

I made and served this yesterday for a baby shower for my DIL. It was very tasty and not a all hard to make. I made no substitutions or major changes. I did buy and bakeand cube the chicken about 3 weeks ago when it was on sale. Then I froze it until Saturday when I put it together. Good recipe. Thanks for posting it.
