I'm married with two children ages 21 and 8. I currently reside in Bend, Oregon with my husband Larry. One of our most favorite activities is trying the new restaurants that crop up frequently in Central Oregon and we keep a list of favorite menu items for future reference for visiting friends and family that we take out for dinner. I love old fashioned comfort food. I spend a lot of time researching recipes for our favorite tastes that I can convert to fit our current more healthy eating habits and it's not easy!
